Certain teams get certain treatment around the league, always have always will. The same reason Boston will get another outdoor game before other teams host one. It is what it is. It's not just in the supplemental discipline where special treatment is given. But as a B's fan you will argue to the death that its not the case when every other fan base says the same thing about the Bruins...
